Intento de envío de frames del film Sans soleil (1983) a direcciones IP de una red que conecta con
Tindouf (Argelia), región de campos de refugiados saharauis. La sucesión de fotogramas es empleada
como una suerte de técnica de montaje o edición, una forma de reordenar el film y abordar el
territorio. Como acción, se trata de una operación abocada al fracaso que quiere confrontar la
película de Chris Marker acerca de la fragmentación de la memoria con las fronteras digitales del
Sáhara, las cuales dificultan hacer visible su propia historia. .

Attempts at sending frames of the film Sunless (1983) to IP addresses of a Network that connects
with Tindouf (Algeria), region of Sahrawi refugee camps, the oldest in the world. The succession of
frames is used as a sort of editing technique, a way to reorder the film and point to the territory.
As an action, it is an operation doomed to failure that aims to confront Chris Marker’s film about
the fragmentation of memory with the digital borders of the Sahara that makes difficult for them to
tell their own story.
